Milk Products - An Essential Part Of Our Diet

Indian cooking is unimaginable without ghee or clarified butter. Puris, parathas, kulchas and main course meals are cooked in ghee. It is used as spread on rotis or chapattis.

Butter: Butter is a commonly used food item in most of the households. Delicious and creamy butter is prepared from buttermilk which is also a by product of milk.
